Characterizing the dispersal unit of the red mangrove (Rhizophora mangle L.) in Puerto El Morro, Guayas Province, Ecuador, aims to determine the morphological characteristics of the dispersal unit from the fruit to the hypocotyl, with its state and development process. a seedling. In addition, to indicate the presence of this species in 0.25 ha, at the entrance and exit of Puerto El Morro, in relation to the other mangrove species, reporting its density and volume.
