Abstract
Living with Climate Change.
The term Climate Change commonly refers to climatic variations that are directly or indirectly caused by humans. While there is a general agreement on the origins of climate change, the impact on natural disasters and human ability to face them is still under discussion. Strategies to face Climate Change must take into account several issues, including population growth, poverty,
sanitation, health care, nutrition and environmental degradation. Adjustments to climate change will require financial resources, technology and infrastructures, which many people of the Third World lack.
